Felicity Asiedu-Appiah holds the position of Associate Professor of Management at the Department of Human Resource and Organisational Development at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Concurrently, she serves as the Technical Consultant at the KNUST School of Business Career Services Office. In this role, she actively analyzes career service practices, offering valuable recommendations to enhance the unit's effectiveness.
Her research interests encompass work-life intersections, organizational behavior, human resource management, leadership and gender analysis at the workplace. Felicity has contributed to several journals, including the Africa Journal of Management, International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management, International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of African Business, and Tourism and Hospitality Research. Felicity is a member of the African Academy of Management (AFAM) and Academy of International Business -African Chapter. She has participated in numerous conferences, presenting her research at events such as the African Academy of Management Conference.
