The College earned over GH¢300,000.00 from its production units and sources outside academic facility user and other fees paid by students. The major cash donation received was GH¢20,535.00 from HFC Bank to support publication of the College Journal; Journal of Art and Humanities, and the Intra-College Seminar Series.
The Textiles Section of the Department of Industrial art received donations in kind and cash totalling Three Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy-Eight Ghana Cedis (GH¢3,478.00) from individuals and organisations. The State University of New York at Geneseo has donated 25 computers and their accessories valued at over Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000.00) to the College to help establish a GIS Centre.
State institutions also came to the donations picture, notable among which is GEFund which sponsored academic staff of the Department of Sociology and Social work for a trip to University of Utah for a workshop and discussion ion collaboration. Finally, the FRANOBECK Enterprise donated 6 computers and their accessories to Fine Arts Students' Association. We are grateful to all the philanthropists for their practical demonstration of support to assist the College realise its vision. The perennial problem of inadequate transport facilities was about solved in course of the year. With the assistance of some organisations including Ghana Commercial Bank and VALCO Trust Fund, and some philanthropists including Mrs. Adeleide Ahwireng, Managing Director of FIO Enterprise Ltd. the College purchased a double-cabin Pick-Up. Similar Pick-Ups were purchased for the School of business, Faculty of Social Sciences and Faculty of Industrial Art. The Faculty of Law and School of Business also received a 33-Seater Coaster Bus each, purchased from their share of Foreign/Ghanaian Fee-paying Fees.
