The KNUST School of Business (KSB) has set the stage for its 20th-anniversary celebrations with a health awareness campaign.
The event featured a health walk, aerobics sessions, and free health screenings, creating an atmosphere of wellness and interaction among students and faculty.

Speaking at the event, the Dean of KSB, Prof. Ahmed Agyapong, reflected on the school’s impressive journey over the past two decades.
“Though we are a young school, we are the most progressive business school in Ghana. We have achieved significant faculty and infrastructural developments and currently serve about 9,000 students,” he said.
Prof. Agyapong also highlighted the school’s academic accomplishments, including the promotion of several faculty members to the rank of professors.
“Twenty years is a milestone worth celebrating. It’s a time to reflect on our achievements and strategize for the future,” he noted.
The Dean stressed the importance of adapting to technological advancements in education.
“With the rapid changes in technology, we must refocus our teaching methods, strengthen collaborations with industry partners, and integrate technology into our curriculum,” he stated.
The health awareness campaign serves as a precursor to a series of activities planned for the 20th-anniversary celebrations in March 2025. According to Prof. Agyapong, the anniversary is not just about celebrating past successes but also about positioning the school for greater impact in the years to come.
The event successfully brought together students, faculty, and staff, setting a vibrant tone for the upcoming celebrations, which aim to engage stakeholders in shaping the future of the KNUST School of Business.
